To create an account, input inspection records, and ensure data integrity and traceability for the SIMple Licensee (who owns the data), we require identifiable information, such as your name and email address. This is necessary to authenticate users, fulfill our contractual obligations to the Licensee, and provide accurate and verifiable inspection data.

You are required to provide certain personal information, such as your name, email address. If you do not provide this information, you will be unable to create an account, submit inspection data, or use the Service.

User information is retained for as long as the associated inspection data is maintained. Inspection data is maintained until the SIMple Licensee terminates the Service. User information may be associated with inspection data across multiple SIMple Licensees and will be removed when no longer associated with any maintained inspection data.

Automatically Collected Information

When you create a inspection data, the following information may be automatically captured and therefore indirectly associated with your user account:

• The user creating the record
• Date and time of record creation

No other personal data of any type is collected.

• To provide traceability and verification of inspection data for the SIMple Licensee

• You (the user): Can access records you’ve created.
• SIMple Licensee: The organisation or individual that engaged you to conduct inspections will have access to the data, including date, time, and location.
• Other SIMple users: Personnel from other organizations or other individuals that the SIMple Licensee has granted access to thier data.
• Our Team: Limited members of our staff may access data as necessary to provide technical support, troubleshooting, or customer service, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
